This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading Asset Management specialist with a clear focus on delivering excellence in Asset Management underpinned by class-leading Technology and Data Analytics. 

The business helps organisations make informed decisions to realise more value from their assets. It embed itself with the client to improve their processes, technology systems and data, and maintain these relationships after it leaves.

Working in a division focused on digital strategy there is an opportunity for an Offering Director to join and support the Offerings Partner in further developing services and winning new business.

In this role you will be responsible for developing the service offering, contributing to the strategic and tactical planning for the offering, and delivering projects on time and on cost to the satisfaction of  clients. 

In this role you will be:
• Leading significant engagements with executive level clients, while giving direction, oversight, and leadership to the delivery team
• Growing the pipeline of opportunities and securing client projects to be delivered across the team.
• Leading, fostering and encouraging innovation, developing differentiated offering content to address evolving market needs.
• Determining the right priorities and strategy in Digital transformation excellence for clients engaging at Senior Leadership level
• Integrating People, Process, and Information systems to deliver business objectives underpinned by effective data analytics.
• Working with the Digital Strategy Offerings Partner to continuously develop the capabilities and culture of the team.

As a potentially suitable candidate you should have:
• Good examples of your success in developing client relationships and growing a pipeline of qualified opportunities. 
• Direct experience of developing compelling sales proposals aligned to client needs, and a track record of converting opportunities into profitable business.
• In depth knowledge of Digital transformation projects and the ability to articulate technical challenges and present credibly at strategic level.
• Evidence of successfully developing and shaping new offerings, bringing them to market and delivering a revenue stream.
• Experience of leadership, managing specialist teams in the development and delivery of technical expertise into major client projects.
• Resilience and an appetite to work in new areas with the passion to deliver real innovation in Digital transformation.
• Degree qualified (or with equivalent formative training and experience) you are likely to be chartered in a relevant discipline such as (but not limited to) Information Technology or Technology related disciplines, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or Economics.
