About the Role

The Company
This a multi-disciplinary consultancy, offering services across the building, highways, infrastructure and transportation sectors is growing its Asset Management and Asset Intelligence capability and is looking to recruit a Principal Asset Management Consultant.
The business works with infrastructure owners and public-sector clients to deliver practical, data-led asset management services, helping them make better decisions about how assets are planned, maintained and invested in over the long term.

The Position

As part of the Asset Management team, you will deliver services including:
• Asset management strategies and maturity assessments
• Lifecycle planning and investment prioritisation
• Data-led decision support and asset intelligence
• Integration of asset management systems, condition data and technology
• Practical, evidence-based advice that clients can actually use.
The business works closely with Product, Technology and Data partners, and positively embraces digital tools, automation and AI where they add real value.

As a Principal Asset Management Consultant, you will:
• Lead the delivery of major commissions and act as trusted advisors to clients
• Play a key role in growing the business and shaping scalable services
• Work closely with partners to strengthen data-led and technology-enabled
capability
• Build and develop high-performing teams
• Contribute to the future direction of the Asset Management business.

The Candidate

As a potentially suitable candidate you will have a number of years’ experience in Asset Management, working with highways and transportation, ideally having dealt with local authorities around London and the South East. 
In addition, you should have a practical, problem-solving mindset, strong communication and collaboration skills and a willingness to embrace new technologies, automation and AI where appropriate.
Previous team leadership experience and a keen interest in developing junior staff will be welcomed as will sector relevant qualifications such as the IAM certificate.
